Vocab is back

After a week's vacation, Lydia's excited to get back to school. Vocab homework can't keep her down - no matter how mind-numbing.

2. The bell can ring.
3. I fell and srat my knee.
4. I throo the ball high.
5. I love the sesin fall!

Lydia is a pilgrim (front row, third from Left)
and Jake is an Indian (second from Left).
Peace & harmony prevail.

Paddington, Take 2

Remember the Paddington Bear Dad gave me to take to college? Lydia found him in the Hollyberry basement and he has a new life. He is great company - especially at bedtime.

Vocabulary Homework...

Perhaps there really is a higher purpose to creating 5 unrelated, unimportant sentences, but I'm not convinced.

ten, hat, hot, sand, hand

I see ten tall and small people.
The cat is in the big hat.
I'm hot.
Can you see the sand?
I have 2 hands.

There is a possibility that these sentences are related in Lydia's head, in which case I really don't understand 6 year olds.
